Who is responsible
This site is operated by Ordinara LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. For anything in this notice, write to [email protected].
What is collected
- What you send. If you use the written contact form, we receive the name you give, your work email, your message, the language of the page and the time of submission. The browser identification string sent by your device is stored with it.
- Technical records. Our host keeps standard request logs, including IP address and the page requested, as part of delivering the site.
The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Why it is used
Only to read and answer your enquiry, to prepare and follow up a proposal, and, if we go on to work together, to carry out and invoice that engagement. Personal data is never sold and is never used for advertising.
Who else can see it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores contact form submissions.
- Google LLC serves the typefaces; your IP address is visible to Google when fonts are requested.
- Mux, Inc. streams the background video; your IP address is visible to Mux when that video loads.
- Choosing to book a call sends you to Cal.com, and the WhatsApp link sends you to Meta. Those services run under their own terms, which we do not control.
How long it is kept
Contact submissions are kept while they are needed to answer you and to keep a record of the engagement. Ask and they will be deleted.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected]. Depending on where you live you may hold rights under the GDPR or United States state privacy laws; access and deletion requests are honoured wherever you are.
Changes
Any change is published on this page and the date above is updated.
