Who provides the services

Services described on this site are provided by Ordinara LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

The site is informational

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Figures shown are starting prices for fixed-scope engagements. The scope, fee and schedule that bind either side are the ones written in a signed proposal or statement of work.

Standing and scope of the advice

Ordinara provides engineering and AI advisory services grounded in 25+ years of program leadership under ISO 26262, ASPICE and related frameworks. Ordinara does not provide certified assessment, audit, or homologation services. Nothing on this site or in a deliverable is a certification, an assessor opinion, or a regulatory approval, and it does not replace the judgement of an accredited body.

Engagements and deliverables

Engagements are fixed scope and fixed fee: both are set in the signed agreement, together with the deliverables named there. Prices published on this site are starting points, not the agreed fee. For agent builds, the source code is delivered into your repository and the agent runs on your own accounts, in your name.

How payment works

The work is split into phases. Each phase is invoiced once the client has validated it, against an acceptance criterion agreed in writing before that phase starts. The number of phases, their amounts and their criteria are set out in the signed agreement, which governs.

Timelines begin on the later of the signing of the agreement and the delivery of the access and information required to start.

Intellectual property

The text, diagrams and design of this site belong to Ordinara. Ownership of engagement deliverables is set by the signed document for that engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordinara's liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and Ordinara is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
